This is one of the highlights as the animals try and cross the Mara River alive. In the Maasai Mara they will be hunted, stalked, and run down by the larger carnivores. The Maasai Mara also has one of the largest densities of lion in the world and is no wonder this is the home of the BBC wildlife channels Big Cat Diary.
With a 7.30am departure for a magnificent drive descending the Great Rift Valley and continuing to Masai Mara, Kenya’s well-known game reserve, your driver-guide reports to your hotel to begin the safari.
(The trip takes 5.5 hours.)
While traveling, take a moment to stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take in the breathtaking views of the world’s greatest valley system, which is supposed to be visible from space. Obtain lunch at Masai Mara.

For no extra charge, you can also decide to go on a full-day game drive that includes a picnic lunch. After dinner, return to the camp to spend the night.
Dinner and a night’s rest at Fisi Camp or somewhere similar.
